Division: Project Management Unit 
Salary: R452 164.32 (Post Level 4)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate • Valid Driver’s license • National Diploma in Civil Engineering • Project Management Certificate • 3-5 years’ experience in construction and civil engineering field

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: • Coordinate, support and evaluate projects in alignment with IDPs, regional and provincial growth plan. • Manage the labour intensive projects in line with the EPWP framework. • Arrange regular site project’s progress meetings. • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with the business plan. • Manage cash flow and committed project expenditure. • Prepare and implement a MIG capacity building business plan • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for provincial and National Government Departments. • Monitor and analyze KPI’s for each project and manage certificate of fulfillment of conditions. • Monitor the adherence of Occupational Health and Safety Plans. • Assist the service providers in collecting information for free basic services from the municipality and other departments • Coordinate the handover of completed PMU projects.
