The successful candidates will report to the Administrative Officer: Housing Support & Demand 

Minimum Requirements: Applicant must possess a matric/grade 12 certificate • Applicant must be computer literate in MS Word, Microsoft excel and PowerPoint• Must speak and write at least 2 of the 3 official languages of the Western Cape •Attention to detail and high level of responsibility• Must be responsible and able to work in a team without supervision • Must be willing to work overtime • At least 1year of relevant work experience 

Duties: Signing of deed of sale by beneficiaries • Prepare status reports on work done by conveyancing Attorney and conveyancing matters • Conduct title deed searches and make enquiries with various government departments and local council authorities •Ensure safe keeping of documents• Conduct housing consumer education programmes on home ownership.

Salary: R 109 964.64 – R142 039.08 (subject to evaluation) Plus benefits
