Minimum Requirements: Grade 10 ● 1 year relevant experience 
Other Requirements: Ability to identify electrical equipment used by Electrician● Perform standby duties and work overtime on a regular basis ● Communication skills in 2 of the 3 official languages of the Western Cape (English, Afrikaans, and Xhosa) 
Responsibilities/Duties: Assist with the maintenance of power network systems and electrical equipment● Clean worksites ,stores equipment and tools ● Load materials prior to departure from work and on site ● Ability to perform tasks that include working at heights using ladders, personnel platforms and crane trucks● Perform standby duties and work overtime on a regular basis in an essential services working environment ● Adhere to safety regulations in terms of OHS Act 85 of 1993 ● Must be able to work in all weather conditions
