Situated: This position will be based at our Centurion DC in Pretoria. Reporting to HR Business Partner – Inland DCs.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:


• Matric (Grade 12)
• Experience in human resources administration (1 – 2 years)
• Payroll administration in retail environment
• Computer literacy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Human resources certificate would be advantageous

Duties :


Day-to-day admin functions as required, including but not limited to:
Leave Management
• Employee onboarding process / Induction
• Monitoring of scheduling/time and attendance
• Employee exiting process
• Recruitment


• HR and Payroll administration
• Monitoring of any disciplinary action and grievances/IR
• Facilitate terminations and conduct exit interviews
• General filing and any other administrative task as required by management.
• Co-ordinating any internal or statutory training
• Responsible for driving the Employment Equity process

PERSON SPEC :


• Ability to meet deadlines in a pressurised and fast paced environment
• Good verbal and communication skills
• Organised and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems and think outside the box
• Strong people and relationship skills
• Must be able to work in a dynamic team
