BestDrive Delivery Driver
BestDrive is looking for a reliable Delivery Driver committed to customer satisfaction and transporting tires and other items in a safe, timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate a truck or trailer to move product
Collect delivery instructions from appropriate sources.
Manage routes and routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible.
Find ways to conserve resources, including fuel, to benefit the business.
Daily inspection of vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency
equipment is in good working order.
Will act as backup supervisor in retread facility to cover days off occasionally.
Willing to drive the one hour between the BestDrive Store and the BestDrive Plant.
Maintain logs of working hours and vehicle maintenance and repair records.
Keep company trucks fueled and clean.
Comply with all DOT and BestDrive regulations and rules.
Serve as a BestDrive advocate in interactions with clients and the public.
CDL Class A driver’s license in good standing preferred
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to work in extreme outside weather conditions.
Must have and maintain good driving record.
