We are delighted to partner with our client, a high profile international company known for its prestigious brand of products and services. An opportunity has become available for a highly motived individual to undertake the role of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. The right candidate is a professional with a high level of initiative and excellent communication skills who enjoys dealing with all levels of staff and external parties.
• Answer all incoming calls
• Meet and greet all external visitors and contractors
- Administration for Fleet Management for Company Cars
• Provide admin support to the People and Culture department
• Help manage stationery supplies and kitchen consumables
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as directed by management
Demonstrated key competencies and qualifications:
• Experience in reception, customer service and administration procedures
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work in a close team environment
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite, in particular; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organisation and other relevant stakeholders.
