Duties and responsibilities:

Stock Management

Perform duties on the PeopleSoft Financial system.Issue stock for department.Responsible for stock control management.

Client Services

Service internal and external clients.Handle telephone enquiries.Assist with client enquiries.Responsible for stock deliveries.

Financial Management

Have financial acumen.Ability to count.

Documentation

File and sort issued documents.Ensure important documents of store are recorded and kept safe.

Quality Assurance

Pack shelves and ensure that stock is protected and not damaged.Report any damages, inferior stock and stock loss.Keep store clean and neat.

Inherent requirements:

Grade 12 on NQF level 4 with accounting or maths as subject.

Recommendations:

A minimum of one (1) year relevant working experience related to the duties and responsibilities.Experience in the stock and store environment.A valid driver’s license (please attach a copy).

Assumption of duties:

As soon as possible.

Salary:
The annual remuneration package, including benefits is R 187 424.42 – R 314 228.57 per annum, depending on the budget available for the position, relevant work experience and qualifications.
