Job Description

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Effective management of all telephone calls received through the switchboard;
• Effective building and sustaining of good relationships with all the organization’s customers;
• Actively support colleagues by efficiently and reliably passing on information;
• Ensure the switchboard is well maintained and reliable;
• Effective management of incoming mail and dealing with ad hoc requests; and
• Effective self-management and performance ownership.
Qualifications and Experience

•A minimum of Grade 12;
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Motor Industry; and
• Knowledge of computer programs used in the Motor Trade; Motor industry experience, understanding and knowledge;
• Basic understanding of process management;
• Strong people management skills;
• String communication skills; and
• MS Office (intermediate).
